As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Hargreaves Services, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our workforce. By aligning recruitment strategies with our mission and values, you’ll attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent for a diverse range of roles. Your contributions will directly support some of the UK’s most ground-breaking projects—from innovative advancements in nuclear and rail to critical work in utilities, logistics, and renewable energy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams to align recruitment initiatives with organisational vision and values.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, interviewing, and facilitating assessments to identify top candidates.
- Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights on market trends, recruitment strategies, and candidate experience design.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure hiring decisions support business objectives and role-specific needs.
- Leverage innovative sourcing strategies and personalised engagement techniques to connect with highly skilled individuals.
- Build robust talent pipelines and foster professional network relationships for long-term sustainability.
- Enhance our employer brand to attract top-tier talent, positioning the organisation as an employer of choice.

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR roles, with comprehensive knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport across all organisational levels.
- Proficiency in leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Expertise in sourcing techniques, market mapping, and leveraging digital platforms for candidate outreach.
