Working as part of the Adam Smith Business School Professional Services team and reporting to the Recruitment and Conversion Manager, the role-holder will support the day-to-day delivery of the School’s undergraduate student recruitment, conversion and engagement strategy, assisting with the planning, coordination and delivery of a range of undergraduate recruitment activities and initiatives. The post-holder will work closely with colleagues across the College of Social Sciences and External Relations to promote the School, enhance prospective student engagement and support the planning and delivery of projects that showcase undergraduate study opportunities at the Adam Smith Business School. The post will also support undergraduate content creation. During peak periods, the role-holder may also contribute to postgraduate recruitment and conversion activities to support wider School priorities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- The post-holder will take operational responsibility for supporting the delivery and continuous development of the School’s undergraduate student recruitment, engagement and conversion strategy, ensuring activities are effectively planned, coordinated and evaluated.
- The role will also contribute to postgraduate recruitment and conversion activity during peak periods, in line with School priorities.
- Lead the planning, coordination and tracking of the School’s annual undergraduate conversion and engagement activities, ensuring alignment with University-wide recruitment plans through close collaboration with External Relations, School teams and the College of Social Sciences.
