Job Description:

Onboarding Assistant Administrator at the University of Glasgow in Glasgow, United Kingdom. This role requires a GCSE education.

Job Responsibility:

Job Purpose: To manage and support candidates from selection to contract agreement, ensuring an excellent experience. Key responsibilities include:
  • Preparing and issuing offers and contracts of employment.
  • Coordinating and issuing relevant correspondence.
  • Entering information accurately into the HR system.
  • Carrying out employment and right to work checks.
  • Maintaining regular contact with hiring managers.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic personnel files.

Knowledge, Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Essential: Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework level 7, strong IT knowledge, and experience in a similar role. Desirable: Knowledge of HR management systems.
