As the administrator in the Student Recruitment, Marketing and Admissions team in the undergraduate office, you will work with the SMRA manager to attract and retain a diverse range of applicants to the School of Biodiversity, One Health and Veterinary Medicine’s undergraduate programmes. You will play a role in the implementation and delivery of the School’s strategies, policies, and objectives in this area.
Your focus will be the School’s veterinary programmes (the Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine and Surgery and the MSci/BSc (Hons)/BSc Veterinary Biosciences), ensuring targets and service levels are met for both international and national recruitment. As part of the Undergraduate school office, you will work in partnership with the student experience team and the programme and course delivery team.
You may also be asked to contribute to related activities managed by the University’s External Relations department and College of Medical, Veterinary and Life Sciences for the School’s life sciences programmes (currently the MSci/BSc (Hons)/BSc Marine and Freshwater Biology and the MSci/BSc (Hons)/BSc Zoology).
