About the Role
The School of Law is seeking an experienced administrator to contribute to the coordination of a new Independent Legal Advice (ILA) pilot for survivors of sexual violence in Scotland. The 3‑year pilot, funded by the Scottish Government, is an initiative led by the Emma Ritch Law Clinic within the Glasgow Open Justice Centre (GO Justice) in the School of Law. It will increase access to justice for complainers in sexual offences cases by providing independent advice to complainers in rape and attempted rape cases in Scotland.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will support staff members in the School of Law, in the efficient delivery of the pilot by providing day‑to‑day coordination of client appointments, engaging with key stakeholders in the criminal justice system and assisting with monitoring and reporting.
This post is full time (35 hours per week) and is fixed term until 31st March 2028.
