This post is part-time (20 hours per week), open ended. Shifts are Monday to Friday 17.00 – 21.00.

This is a great opportunity for a new Facilities Assistant to join the University’s Estates Directorate. In this role you will work as part of the Facilities team to provide a range of facilities services within an allocated zone. As a member of the zone team you will personally deliver front-line professional, customer-focused, compliant facilities and emergency cleaning service, including:
- Building compliance checks
- Room set-ups
- Marshalling
- Audio-visual (AV) set-up support
- Mail delivery
- Building patrols
- Odd jobs
Demonstrating teamwork and high levels of productivity and quality of services to assist in the service’s ambition of becoming the best Facilities Services operation in the University sector.
