This is a great opportunity for a new Facilities Maintenance Technician to join the University’s SUERC. In this role you will provide practical, hands-on facilities maintenance support across the SUERC site, ensuring buildings and services operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and general building systems, diagnose and fix faults where competent, and help reduce reliance on external contractors. The role is site-based and supports the smooth day-to-day operation of a busy research environment.
