The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 Β£ per year.

The role involves appointing a new clinical Senior Lecturer with a particular interest in Anatomy and Physiology. The post includes delivering high-quality teaching that aligns with university and faculty standards. You will collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver sessions with clear objectives and contribute to improving current provision by identifying areas for revision and assisting in the development of study guides. You will participate in curriculum development and support outreach initiatives within the medical school.

About you

  • Demonstrate a depth and breadth of specialist knowledge, evidenced by a full GMC registration (with a license to practice) and experience working at consultant level, or substantial experience at registrar level.
  • Have a consistent track record of excellent teaching across a variety of modules and levels within your discipline as might be expected of a very experienced HE Teacher.
  • Contribute to the design, development and delivery of a range of modules or programmes at various levels; applying innovative and appropriate teaching techniques.
  • Be expected to work towards Principal Fellow of the HEA and to attend formal CPD relating to this.
