Interviews are expected to take place the week commencing 19th December. Please note that, as a front-facing student support role, all interviews will take place on campus.

About the Role

As a key member of the Education Support team on the Penryn campus, you will be part of either the Building One or Amory Hub Teams, contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University. These roles offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.

Responsibilities
  • Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
  • Collaborate within a cross-Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
  • Flexibility to work across various service areas and Information Point locations within the University.
Qualifications
  • Strong desire to build a career in administration and customer services.
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Adaptability in a culture of change and growth.

These roles form a vital part of our support services, including delivering a face-to-face service for students and staff. Role holders will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two or three days per week, as well as for full contracted hours whilst training is completed (up to 6 months). Please also note that as busy roles with peaks in workload at specific points in the academic cycle, there may be periods in June, September, and October when leave may be restricted.
