Position Details

  • Multiple positions available, full time on a fixed term and permanent basis.
  • Hybrid working – some time on campus and some from home.
  • Interviews are expected to take place on the 29th and 30th April 2026 at our Streatham Campus, Exeter.
  • Part time applications will still be considered should a part time opportunity become available or if a job share is available.
  • All role holders will be expected to work from campus for a minimum of two days per week, and up to four days per week while training is completed.
  • Leave may be restricted in June, September, and October.

About the Role

As key members of the Education Support team on the Streatham campus, you\’ll be part of an Education Support Team contributing to the vibrant learning environment at the University of Exeter. These roles offer a unique opportunity to grow as an administration and customer services professional.

Responsibilities

  • Provide advice, guidance, and administrative support to students and staff.
  • Support the delivery of taught programmes across a diverse range of activities from enrolment to graduation, including student record maintenance, supporting assessment delivery and administration and awarding and progression.
  • Collaborate within a cross‑Faculty team to support undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
