Overview

Department An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Research and Enterprise Office for a highly motivated and proactive Contracts Administrator to join our expanding Contracts team in support of the University\’s growing research, knowledge exchange and business engagement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the members of the REO Contracts Team and be the single point of contact for all queries concerning the progress of contracts.
  • Coordinate signatures and liaise with external parties to ensure contracts are signed in an expedient manner.
  • Provide timely status updates; proactively communicate with relevant stakeholders; identify and monitor contracts where progress may have stalled.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to grasp complex concepts and articulate them in an accessible way to a wide variety of audiences.
