We are recruiting a Chief Student Officer to lead the strategic development, transformation and delivery of our new Education and Student Services. This senior role shapes services that underpin student experience, organisational effectiveness and institutional growth.
You will set strategic direction, lead major programmes and directorates across Student and Graduate Services, Education Services and Governance, Student Compliance, and Student Progression and Outcomes. The role requires strong leadership of people, performance, financial management, governance, risk and assurance.
We are seeking an experienced senior leader with:
- Significant experience delivering strategy in large, complex organisations.
- Extensive knowledge across education, student services, governance, compliance and progression.
- A strong track record in leading multiple functions, transformation projects and financial/resource management.
