The Admissions Assistant provides high-quality customer service and administrative support across the Admissions service, with a specialist focus on compliance processes that prepare applicants for their Confirmation and Acceptance of Studies (CAS) to be issued to enable them to obtain a visa to study in the UK.
Responsibilities include being a member of the University’s Marketing, Student Recruitment and Admissions team. The successful candidate will work quickly and efficiently in a constantly changing environment.

- Ability to provide accurate advice in accordance with guidance.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills when handling a high volume of queries - by telephone, in-person, email and Live Chat.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
