The Opportunity:

To work at the University's only Visitor Centre and official gift shop in the central campus. You'll be joining an existing team of fellow students and will be supervised by experienced retail professional colleagues. It is a lively and positive environment where the key focus is on providing help and a warm welcome to all visitors to the University. This role is part-time (14 hours per week) with a start date in June 2026.

  • Recent previous experience in retail and dealing with customers is essential.
  • Friendly, courteous & always willing to help.
  • Attention to detail and fully computer literate.
  • Working knowledge of the University, its campuses and the city.
  • Have initiative particularly in managing own workload.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills.
