We are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team in our Nucleus KB based in Kings Buildings. Reporting to the Café Manager you will lead the team within the area to deliver excellent customer service and fantastic food to our wide range of customers. At the same time, supporting the Café Manager in overseeing all aspects of the day to day running of the operation. This is a hands-on role; you will lead from the front inspiring the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain the highest standards.

This is a full time (35 hours per week) position fully based on campus. During term time the Café is open 7 days a week and until 8.30pm Monday to Friday, therefore the shift patterns will vary.
