Full-time: 35 hours per week – Permanent, open-ended
Responsibilities
- Deliver and design teaching across undergraduate, masters and executive education levels, both on‑campus and online, with a focus on courses in AI for business, digital/AI innovation and innovation management.
- Contribute to the Business School’s MSc Programme in Artificial Intelligence for Business, the MSc Programme in Entrepreneurship and Innovation and the wider on‑campus and online portfolio.
- Plan, develop and assess courses, including leading the development of new degree programmes where appropriate.
- Actively supervise research students, supervise dissertations and engage in research supervision and teaching excellence activities.
- Design and implement instructional courses both online and on‑campus, ensuring high quality delivery, assessment and student support.
- Maintain research activity, publish in high‑quality journals, attend international conferences, secure funding through grant applications and consultancy projects.
- Engage effectively with policy makers, practitioners and non‑academic stakeholders to promote the research and teaching impact of the group.
Qualifications
- Strong research profile with a proven record in artificial intelligence for business, digital/AI innovation or innovation management.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver undergraduate, masters and executive education courses across on‑campus and online platforms.
- Evidence of at least one publication in a high‑quality journal and a commitment to further research and grant activity.
- Capacity to supervise research students, support dissertations and lead new degree programmes.
- Strong commitment to teaching excellence and student support.
- Excellent communication skills within academia and with external practitioners and policymakers.
