CMVM / R(D)SVS Hospital for Small Animals.

Part Time - 7 hours per week, Sunday 9am-5pm.

Fixed term contract - 6 months.

We are looking for a confident outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be part of a friendly, supportive team whose emphasis is on delivering high level client care from the moment our clients contact the veterinary clinics.

This is a varied and interesting post, responsibilities include:

  • Assisting new clients in their referral journey
  • Booking appointments for clinical services
  • Dealing with telephone and email queries from clients and referring veterinary surgeons
  • Managing paperwork, scanning and ensuring a tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility
