The John McIntyre Centre is a 650-seater buffet restaurant that provides approximately 28,000 meals each week during our student period and also provides breakfast, lunch and dinner to our commercial guests year-round.
As a catering assistant, you will undertake food preparation duties as part of a kitchen team, and assist chefs of all levels above Chef de Partie with any other basic food prep duties required as per recipes for daily menus.
