The Opportunity
We are looking for someone with great customer service skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude to join our Enquiry Management Team. If you enjoy helping people, learning something new every day and going out of your way to ensure people are given the best service, this may be the role for you. You will be responsible for inbound enquiry management and communications between the University and prospective students, applicants and their supporters (e.g. agents, parents, career advisors and counsellors).

This post is full-time (35 hours per week); however, we are open to consider flexible working patterns. We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working.
