The Opportunity: In this role, you will provide business analysis skills in business change projects aimed at enhancing how the University supports the student lifecycle. You will work with a user community to develop business process and system changes.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver business analysis for projects that improve student lifecycle processes and systems.
- Collaborate with software developers, business partners, and users to design and implement business process re‑design.
- Manage change effectively using Agile project practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Significant practical experience in business analysis or a student lifecycle business area.
- Experience with business process re‑design and implementation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in an Agile project environment (preferred).
- Enthusiasm for continuous improvement.
Additional Information:
- Fixed‑term contract for 9 months, full time (35 hours per week).
- Internal secondment possible with agreement from applicant’s current department.
