About The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Lecturer / Senior Lecturer in Accounting, Taxation and Auditing to join our academic team. You will contribute to the delivery of highâquality teaching across a range of accounting, auditing, finance and taxation modules at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. You will play a key role in module leadership, curriculum development, student support and academic advising, ensuring an engaging and inclusive learning experience.
At Senior Lecturer level, you will also contribute to programme leadership, curriculum enhancement and strategic initiatives, supporting areas such as student experience, employability, researchâinformed teaching and external engagement. You will be expected to maintain active engagement in research, scholarship or professional practice, and contribute to the wider academic and research community within the School.

You will thrive in this role if you bring strong subject expertise in accounting, auditing and taxation, along with a passion for delivering engaging, inclusive teaching. You will be confident supporting diverse student cohorts, committed to continuous improvement, and able to balance academic rigour with practical relevance.
You will also demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners, and a strong commitment to equality, diversity and student success. A PhD in a relevant discipline or a professional accounting qualification with significant industry experience is essential.
