About the Service – IT Services

IT Services is a centralized resource working collaboratively with the university community to transform the digital landscape. This role will join IT Services as an Audio‑Visual Assistant on campus, working within the multi‑disciplined AV team.

About the Job

The primary purpose of the role is to provide technical support for Audio‑Visual hardware and systems across the university. The role involves supporting operations and maintenance of teaching and meeting rooms, addressing user guidance, identifying and resolving issues, and meeting service‑level agreement targets.

About You

  • A methodical and detail‑oriented individual with an interest in Audio‑Visual and IT.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work across campuses with AV specialists.
  • Experience or training in music production, film production or related creative industries is particularly welcomed.
