As our Insight, Data & Reporting Analyst, you will provide meaningful insights from our People & Culture data to support strategic decision-making across both the department and the wider organisation. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements, the business outcomes they drive, and to deliver high-quality outputs within a complex, fast-paced environment.
Alongside producing reporting and insights, you will develop data tools that support and inform key activities across the employee lifecycle. A key focus of the role will be identifying and surfacing people‑data discrepancies and contributing to the development of efficient processes to address them. This is an important aspect of the role that will unlock the delivery of insights that inform strategic decision-making.
You’ll bring experience working with MHR iTrent and SAP Business Objects, along with strong Excel skills. Experience with Power BI and SQL would be an advantage.
To succeed in this role, your experience with iTrent and Business Objects, as well as your ability to present complex reporting and insights to non-technical audiences, will be important. This role may suit professionals with a systems‑analyst background who have strong data experience and are looking to progress into a people‑data-focused career path.
You will show a genuine interest in people data, stay informed about emerging trends and technologies, and understand how they can be applied to our processes and responsibilities.
