Key responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Customer Service Advisors to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the reception.
- Make bookings, sell activities and memberships, and respond to customer enquiries across the full week on a rota basis.
Qualifications and experience
- GCSEs at Grade C / 4 or above in English and Mathematics, or NVQ Level 2 in Customer Service (or an equivalent level of qualification).
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a busy customer-facing environment.
