The service is research active and works closely with the University of East Anglia to deliver research and evaluation projects to publication. Therefore, an interest in, or demonstrable experience of research is welcome and the role offers significant opportunity to become a leader in this area.

Visible clinical leadership with a large, county-wide workforce is essential for this full-time role. While an element of hybrid working is possible, this is not a remote position and the successful applicant will be required to conduct some activity across service delivery sites. Therefore, the ability to drive and access to a motor vehicle is essential.
