An exciting opportunity has arisen for a School Coordinator and Head of School Personal Assistant to join the School of History and History of Art to coordinate the operational running of the Faculty Professional Services team in conjunction with the School Manager.

Key duties of the role include administrative and financial processes linked to teaching, research, innovation and quality assurance. The role has line management responsibility and you will also provide Personal Assistant support to the Head of School.

You will have experience of supervising and leading staff, of running an office, setting up and developing administrative procedures, and of working as a Personal Assistant. You will be able to use your own initiative, be self-motivated, work as part of a team and produce work to a consistently high standard.

This part-time (0.5 FTE/18.125 hours per week) post is available on an indefinite basis and forms part of a job share.
