An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Booking Administrative Assistant to join the Accommodation team and Broadview Hotel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for group accommodation bookings including providing estimates.
  • Make allocations on the hotel system.
  • Submit orders for catering and make any adjustments as appropriate.
  • Support the returner sales campaign marketing, promotion and sales.
  • Generate and pay purchase orders and invoices using UEA finance systems.
  • Assist with the organisation and planning of events throughout the year.

Qualifications:

You will have a good standard of education and a minimum of five passes at GCSE level with grades A-C including English and Mathematics (or equivalent qualifications), relevant work experience in a busy student or customer focussed environment, excellent customer service skills, interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to produce accurate work with close attention to detail.

This full-time post is available from 27 April 2026 on an indefinite basis.
