An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to provide professional and administrative support to the PGR Service and deliver a strong customer service to UEA’s students, academic staff and other internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide efficient, proactive and high‑quality professional and administrative support to the PGR Service.
  • Undertake a variety of activities and tasks, including drafting reports, maintaining student records, contributing to process improvement, handling queries and interacting with examiners.

Requirements:

  • Recent experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time post is available on an indefinite basis. Further information on our great benefits package, including 34 days annual leave inclusive of.
