An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join the Accommodation Services team at Broadview Hotel.
Key duties of the role include:
- Provision of a high-quality reception service for guests of Broadview Hotel, including pre-arrival enquiries, reservations, room allocations, checking guests in and out and responding to their queries and requests.
- Responding promptly to enquiries by email, telephone or in person.
- Communicating with group organisers and maintaining group booking records.
- Preparation of guest information, keys and meal vouchers.
You will have strong customer service skills and be part of the team responsible for the management of the University’s guest and visitor accommodation in Broadview Hotel. Our reception team are the first point of contact for enquiries and provide a first-class, efficient, customer-focused service to our guests coming to us for short to medium term accommodation.
This part-time post (32 ½ hours per week) is available from 1 June 2026 working Mondays to Fridays 8am to 3pm on an indefinite basis.
