An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Global Engagement Coordinator to join our Global Engagement Team, part of UEA Global in the Admissions, Recruitment and Marketing Division (ARM) of the University. You will play an integral role in providing pro‑active, high quality and efficient administrative support across the Global Engagement partnerships and programmes teams.

Partnerships responsibilities include:

  • Study Abroad agreement and contract administration
  • Mobility database and systems maintenance
  • Enquiry coordination
  • Communications and website upkeep

Programmes responsibilities include:

  • Supporting campus‑based activities including partner and delegation visits
  • Academic taster days
  • Short‑term residential programmes

You will have experience working in an administrative environment as well as excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to create and improve processes. Experience in higher education or study abroad would be desirable.

This full‑time post is available from 2 March 2026 on an indefinite basis.
