The University of East Anglia is recruiting two part-time Project Coordinators (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) (0.6 FTE) to join the People and Culture Division. The roles support the EDI Strategy with a focus on staff experience, culture, policy implementation and workforce equality.
You will lead workstreams, analyse workforce data, develop guidance and resources, and collaborate with staff networks and trade unions to drive inclusive leadership and culture change.
