You will liaise with external design teams and internal stakeholders during pre-construction, on-site, and post-completion phases, and you will plan and manage delegated budgets for maintenance initiatives.
You will supervise the in-house mechanical trades team, coordinate with end-user groups, and contribute to safety, CPD, and project reporting.
