Role Overview
As a Specialist Mentor (Mental Health Condition and Autism) you will work with individual students in the development of bespoke strategies to support students in understanding what is required of them academically in higher education. You will provide mentoring support which helps students to develop their organisation skills, time management skills and manage their anxiety levels. You will facilitate the growth of students’ independence, reducing the need for support in the longer term.
