Our security team are key to the University's success. Generally being the first interaction our customers and visitors will have with us, the service they receive from you and the team will shape their experience.
About the Role
As a security team member you will provide a welcoming, safe and secure environment for both staff and students at our Buxton campus. You will be a point of contact for advice, guidance, and will support on all security related matters, also supporting Leek College when required.
About You
To be successful in this role; you will;
- Hold GCSEs grade A – C in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications
- Hold a security related qualification or be willing to work towards one
- Hold a full, clean UK driving license
- Have experience providing excellent customer service in a similar customer or security related role
- Be able to conduct minor investigations and compile written reports
