About the Role

Develop innovative ways to connect students and graduates with opportunities and high‑skill employment, using Careers Registration and Graduate Outcomes data to identify trends and initiatives. Build strong relationships with graduates, employers, alumni, and internal partners; coordinate impactful employability programmes and a diverse calendar of careers events. Gather and analyse sensitive data and feedback to inform improvements, and act as the first point of contact for employers and external organisations. Collaborate across the University to promote graduate opportunities, support engagement projects, and contribute to recruitment activities; foster a positive performance culture. Ensure Health and Safety compliance and undertake additional duties that enhance the overall student and graduate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative engagement strategies and programmes to support student and graduate employability.
  • Coordinate a diverse portfolio of career events, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs.
  • Collect, analyse and report on data from Careers Registration and Graduate Outcomes.
  • Act as the primary contact for employers and external partners.
  • Support recruitment activities and promote graduate opportunities university‑wide.
  • Maintain Health and Safety standards across all activities.
