We are a small, successful team recruiting an enthusiastic individual to teach Catering courses at our Buxton campus. This full-time role involves delivering culinary skills to study programme and adult learners across Levels 1, 2, and 3.

Our facilities include seven industry-standard kitchens and the new Harpurs Bistro, providing state-of-the-art resources to inspire future culinary professionals. You will design and deliver engaging lessons, assess learner progress, and support students to achieve high-quality outcomes.

As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to curriculum development, participate in extracurricular and promotional events, and maintain strong industry links. You will also ensure a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all learners.

This role offers the chance to make a real impact by helping students develop the skills, knowledge, and confidence for successful careers in hospitality and catering.

You are an enthusiastic educator with experience in teaching or training post-16 learners and a passion for raising aspirations. You possess strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and can engage learners effectively.

You are organized, adaptable, and confident working independently or in a team. You have strong administrative skills, good time management, and are committed to professional development. Holding or working towards a recognized teaching qualification, you are prepared to share your expertise, support learner progression, and uphold high teaching standards.
