University of Derby is seeking a skilled technician to support civil engineering laboratories, workshops and field activities. You will maintain surveying equipment, assist with practical classes and field trips, and help process survey data for presentation to academic staff and students.
Central to the role is operating and maintaining total stations, GNSS/GPS, laser scanners and data loggers, training students to use equipment safely and effectively, with driving duties between sites.
