About the Programme

Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious chemical engineers (0–2 years’ work experience). You’ll rotate through three 12-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:

  • Process Engineering / Process Systems Engineering
  • Optimization Engineering
  • Applications Engineering

At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real-world exposure. Potential locations may include:

  • Carrington
  • Chertsey
  • Crewe
  • Ellesmere Port
  • Hull
  • Walkden

What We’re Looking For

  • B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering
  • Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
  • Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
  • Internship, Co-op, or Industrial Placement experience is a plus
  • Leadership and campus involvement
