About the Programme
Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious chemical engineers (0–2 years’ work experience). You’ll rotate through three 12-month assignments, gaining hands-on experience in areas such as:
- Process Engineering / Process Systems Engineering
- Optimization Engineering
- Applications Engineering
At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real-world exposure. Potential locations may include:
- Carrington
- Chertsey
- Crewe
- Ellesmere Port
- Hull
- Walkden

What We’re Looking For
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering
- Graduating between December 2025 and August 2026
- Strong academic record (e.g., 2:1 or above or local equivalent)
- Internship, Co-op, or Industrial Placement experience is a plus
- Leadership and campus involvement
