About the Programme
Our Career (rotational) Development Programme (CDP) is a three-year journey for ambitious chemical engineers (0–2 years’ work experience). You’ll rotate through three 12-month assignments, gaining hands‑on experience in areas such as:
- Process Engineering / Process Systems Engineering
- Optimization Engineering
- Applications Engineering
At least one rotation will be at a plant site, giving you real‑world exposure. Potential locations may include:
- Carrington
- Chertsey
- Crewe
- Ellesmere Port
- Hull
- Walkden
Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

What We’re Looking For
- B.S. or M.S. in Chemical Engineering
