First point of contact for library and student services enquiries, providing excellent customer service via face‐to‐face, telephone, email and other contact methods.

Work as part of a small library team at the London campus, with regular lone working. Duties include library housekeeping: shelving, stock checking, tidying and helping students locate resources.

Standard working pattern: 17 hours per week, 8:30 am‐5:00 pm Monday–Tuesday. Flexibility required for occasional late nights and holiday cover. Role is based on‐site.
