The University is seeking to appoint a suitably competent, proactive and flexible individual to join the Estates & Property Team located on the Lancaster campus. The Estates Maintenance Assistant vacancy supports the Campus Estates Manager on the day-to-day operations across the campus through maintenance support and completion of Compliance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the Campus Estates Manager on the day-to-day operations across the campus through maintenance support and completion of Compliance tasks.
Qualifications:
- We are looking for an individual that can use initiative to respond to issues, have the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks to deliver a high standard and have the skillset to manage basic technical requirement of completing compliance tasks.
