We are looking for a proactive and experienced administrative assistant to join our amazing Admissions team on a full‑time, fixed‑term basis, to provide maternity cover for a member of the team. Your primary role will be to manage the processing of applications for a recognised group of courses, and provide administrative support across the Admissions team which will support applicants, employers and staff to provide a timely and efficient application process.
If you love a fast paced environment, pride yourself on your excellent customer service, strong IT skills and can demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and effective organisational skills, then a role in our Admissions team may just be for you. You will be a team player, completing admissions administrative activities and ensuring that applicants get timely and informative updates on their status.
