The University is seeking to appoint a suitably competent, proactive and flexible individual to join the Estates & Property Team located on the Lancaster campus. The Estates Maintenance Assistant vacancy supports the Campus Estates Manager on the day-to-day operations across the campus through maintenance support and completion of Compliance tasks.
We are looking for an individual that can use initiative to respond to issues, have the ability to take ownership of assigned tasks to deliver a high standard and have the skillset to manage basic technical requirement of completing compliance tasks.
