Position Overview
We are seeking a professional and proactive Estates and Building Services Officer to support the effective management and operation of our estates and facilities services on our Lancaster campus. Reporting to the Estates Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, and operational support across the organisation's estate.
Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Trade qualified (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and have experience supporting and supervising maintenance services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across a range of stakeholders.
