We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Nursing to lead the four nursing programmes within the Health and Wellbeing Directorate, on an interim 6-month secondment. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced academic leader with a strong professional background in nursing education, research, and practice.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, inspire excellence in teaching and academic standards, and drive innovation in curriculum development and delivery. Working collaboratively across the University and with key partners in the health sector, the Head of Nursing will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education and research for Nurses and Nursing Associates at the University of Cumbria.
