We are seeking to appoint permanent or temporary-to-permanent Cleaners to join our Cleaning Services Team. The hours are flexible, with full and part-time options available across our Bognor and Chichester sites. You will assist with delivering cleaning services to a high standard, ensuring a customer-focused, flexible, proactive, safe, compliant, and secure environment for students, staff, and visitors.

During the Summer conference season, the Cleaning Services Team is vital to the site's operation, which includes large accommodation and conference facilities, and there is a collective responsibility to present all rooms in the best possible manner.

You will provide efficient and effective cleaning services, ensuring that estate buildings—including classrooms, halls of residence, and communal areas at both sites—are maintained in a clean and safe condition. You may also be required to work at off-site halls of residence.

We seek motivated, customer-focused, and helpful individuals capable of maintaining high standards of work while working independently or as part of a team. Flexibility is essential to adapt to various working environments and operational needs, including covering staff sickness and increased activity periods, such as the Summer Conference Season. All staff must wear a uniform and PPE during shifts and undertake regular training, including Health and Safety protocols.
