We are now seeking an exceptional leader to take on the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer and University Secretary.

This is a pivotal appointment, responsible for a broad professional services portfolio spanning estates and facilities; marketing, recruitment admissions and communications; information and learning technologies; the registry; and governance and legal services. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will help shape and deliver our new strategy during an exciting period of transformation.

We are looking for a dynamic, forward-thinking individual with a strong track record of leading senior teams, delivering strategic initiatives, and driving high performance across diverse professional functions. You will bring creativity and strategic insight, alongside the operational acumen to turn ideas into impact. Experience of working at a senior level across complex organisations and with governing bodies will be essential, as will your ability to balance innovation with rigour, compliance, and attention to detail.
