Full-time: 37 hours per week

The Admissions Lead oversees the delivery of a high-quality admissions service, ensuring applications are processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with policy. The postholder provides operational leadership, supports complex decision-making, and ensures an excellent applicant experience. The postholder will line manage the Admissions team whilst providing support to the Associate Director: International and Admissions.

You will have expert knowledge of the UK Higher Education sector, including the student experience, student recruitment lifecycle, UCAS processes, progression pathways, and factors influencing applicant decision-making. The successful applicant will have the ability to analyse data and use insights to inform decision-making and strong project management skills as well as excellent communication skills in order to engage with a range of stakeholders.
