About this role
We are looking to recruit an Accommodation Officer (Allocations) based at the Bognor Regis Campus. You will be responsible for the management of the University accommodation allocation system and invoicing processes, in accordance with current University policy and procedures. A flexible and proactive team member, the Accommodation Officer (Allocations) will manage all Accommodation Office operating processes and procedures in compliance with relevant accommodation legislation and codes of best practice. The post holder will also maintain and annually update all accommodation related literature and promotional material, and work closely with both key internal and external stakeholders.
About you
You will have a good general education to A level or equivalent, with a high standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail. You will demonstrate a keen interest in analysis; the post holder will supervise the operation of Accommodation Office Management Information Systems and prepare regular reports on key accommodation activities, including the analysis of trends, setting of targets and publication of performance statistics. As with all staff within the team, the post holder will provide professional and proactive cover across the Accommodation operation, including the Reception functions of the Accommodation Offices, and will work at different sites when required. This may include being available to assist the wider Estate Management team at peak times and key University events (Open Days, Applicant Days, etc).
