The University of Chichester Multi Academy Trust is seeking a People Advisor to support our family of schools across Hampshire, Portsmouth and Sussex. You will engage in employee relations, absence management, and a range of generalist People activities to drive positive change in education.
Based at the University’s Bognor Regis Campus, you will collaborate across 17 academies, 2 Inclusion centres, and a School‑Centred Initial Teacher Training base, reporting to the Head of People.
